Connected today Live
Airbnb, Vrbo & Booking.com
Paste each listing's calendar (iCal) link once. Bookings and blocks sync automatically, so the AI knows when a guest is in the unit, opens cleaning turns on checkout and checks readiness before arrival. Read-only: we never change your listings, prices or messages on those sites.
Spreadsheets & exports
Import properties, units, owners, leases, vendors, invoices and purchase orders from CSV, including exports from AppFolio, Buildium or QuickBooks. Messy PDF, XML or EDI files go through an AI reader first. You review everything before it saves. How switching works.
Vendors, suppliers and customers reply to TraxKey's emails as usual, and the AI reads the replies (a quote, a delay, "paid") and updates the record. No app for them to install.
Public rent & market data
HUD Fair Market Rent and U.S. Census survey rents by ZIP and bedroom count, shown beside your own rents so below-market leases stand out, with the source and date on every figure.
Portals for everyone else
Vendors, property owners and tenants or guests each get their own portal or no-login link. They see only what's theirs.
Billing
Your TraxKey subscription is billed through Stripe. TraxKey never collects rent, takes guest payments or holds funds.
How we connect to other software
When we add a property management system, it follows the same rules as everything above:
- Read-only first. We pull properties, units, reservations and work orders. We don't write back until you ask for it, feature by feature.
- We say exactly what we read. Each integration lists the data it syncs and the data it never touches, such as payments and payouts.
- Never money. TraxKey doesn't move funds through any integration.
- Disconnect anytime, and export everything as CSV.
