How do guests pay?

What stops a double booking?
Dates booked on Airbnb, Vrbo or direct are hidden from the page, and TraxKey re-checks them the moment you approve. Add your unit's TraxKey calendar link to Airbnb and Vrbo once, and direct stays block those dates there too.
Does this replace Airbnb?
No. Airbnb finds you new guests. Your booking page is for the guests who already know you: repeat stays, referrals, your followers and your website visitors.
What about taxes and damage?
You set your lodging tax rate and it's calculated on every quote; you file it as you do now. Direct stays aren't covered by Airbnb's damage protection, so keep your own short-term rental insurance and set clear house rules.
